DIGRAPHS POSTERS
This is a set of 4 posters – one for each digraph – that shows examples of words containing the digraph in the beginning, middle, and final positions (except CK which is never the beginning of a word).
DIGRAPHS CENTER/GAME
This activity can be used as an independent or partner activity or a game. Instructions are included for both. Includes picture cards for words containing digraphs.
Students say the word, listen for the digraph sound, and place the card on the correct sorting mat. To play as a game, students take turns drawing cards to fill their board.
Includes sort mat/boards for CH, SH, TH, and CK, plus picture cards showing words with digraphs in the beginning and final positions.
DIGRAPH WORKSHEETS
Includes 14 worksheets plus answer keys.
Set A – The first 7 worksheets show students 8 different pictures. They say each word, listen for the digraph sound, and dab (with bingo dauber) or color in the circle showing the correct digraph.
Set B – The second set of 7 worksheets show students 6 different pictures with the word underneath. There are elkonin sound boxes in place of the digraph. Students say the word, listen for the digraph sound, and complete the word by writing the digraph in the boxes.
