This is a set of reading logs with parent signature for primary grades. There are 12 monthly log sheets in three different versions.
Each month features a chart with fun seasonal pictures. Students color a picture each night they complete their reading. There are 25 boxes – enough for every school night and more.
Version A – Includes a spot for a monthly reading minutes goal and space to list the books read.
Version B – Includes a spot for a monthly number of books read goal and space to list the books read.
Version C – Includes a spot for a monthly number of books read goal and prompts that ask the student to describe the best book they read that month.
All three version include space at the bottom for an adult signature.
These monthly reading logs make nightly reading fun for kids and painless for parents!
